I want my wheel!!

I just can’t see myself spinning that on my hitchhiker 
It’s sooooo soft, and the curls are all so cute!! There is a fair amount of VM still in the fleece, but it’s “clean” VM (looks like fresh alfalfa, actually – most of it is very green!) and seems to be falling out fairly easily.. I’m sure once the rest of the fleece is dry, fluffing in the dryer will get most of the rest out, then I can pick out what is left by hand.

Those curls! So beautiful… It looks absolutely beautiful. You’ll have to let me know how it spins up when you get to do it. You did a great job scouring. It’s so shiny

BTW, I have a question… how do you get the vm out in the dryer (I’m assuming on a cool “fluff” setting) Doesn’t it end up just tangling all the fibers and making it harder to card? But if it works, that would be wonderful! Manually picking out the fiber in my first batch of raw fiber was the worst part!

You just do it on air (no heat) for a few minutes. It helps if you tease the locks a bit by hand before putting it all in there, just to open them up a bit
It doesn’t get everything though, but it does get enough that I think it’s worth doing
