I gave some of my sock yarn to my mom because it would be perfect for my sister, but as far as I know not much progress has been made on those…
However, since sock yarn doesn’t count as stash, I’m not terribly concerned about having any excess 
Because I decided I am I have 3 months worth of my Zen String fiber club waiting to be spun, along with 8oz more I bought last week (couldn’t resist it!)
I meant to post this yesterday, but forgot.. here’s the finished product (with a very sleepy baby modeling them.. I took that at like 1am)
I’m pretty happy with them I ended up doing 1″ of seed stitch in the trim color after I ran out of the first skein, then finished the legs off with about 1 1/2″ in the colorway, with a folded hem.
I’m using the rest of the yarn to make a pair of small shorties for a friend of mine who is expecting her first little boy early next summer… they are coming out SO cute too!
